a charmed stay!
helpful staff comfy room good location
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ayushi in particular stood out. my room was comfy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. the location was also very good, just a short drive to downtown.
I was initially given a room on the second floor. The extreme noise from the nightclub below made it hard to sleep. i had to request a different room due to the disturbance.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It offered everything i needed for a relaxing stay. amenities were complete, and the decor provided a modern, artistic atmosphere, which i appreciated.

The hotel has a rooftop lounge. It provides views of burj khalifa and dubai frame. the rooftop setting created a great vibe every night, and breakfast was really good with a lot of options.

fantastic hotel!
amazing reception easy checkout clean room
jonalyn and ayushi at reception were amazing!!! they helped us check out easily. the reception staff are very nice. i will definitely come back. the rooms are clean.
the gym had limited hours and i wished it was open later.

the room included a king-size bed with premium bedding. there was also a spacious work desk, perfect for business travelers. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries.

empty dispenser dirty boiler
the room was nice and modern, i liked that.
the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. i told the staff to refill them, but they never did. this made it impossible to use the bathtub because there was no shower gel. the water boiler was also very dirty, and i felt disgusted to use it.

Really good Hospitality and Great Amenities!
warm welcome attentive team rooftop pool various restaurants
I was very grateful for the warm welcome from the reception team! Their attentiveness and willingness to help with any request really stood out. The rooftop pool was an amazing amenity to have available. The on-site restaurants provided many choices for dining, I found it very convenient.
I noticed the hotel's entrance is through the underground parking garage.
